They had been talking about their daddy almost everyday...Ehem, it's not just the kids actually..hehehe....I hope and pray he'll have a safe journey back here...Every body is missing him...even my sisters....keep on asking..."Bile imi nak balik?" or the question would be "Imi balik bape haribulan?"... so b....be prepared to be bullied by my sisters..hehehe...It would be a great relief for me since the kids had been under the weather for the past weeks he's not around....Well , the simple word would say is that....We miss you!!

Pamper yourself

Today....after a few weeks of pain and suffering...hehehe...actually it involves us being in a situation where everybody was sick with chicken pox and fever plus flu and cough, I went to go and pamper myself for a pedicure and a manicure at my favourite place in Taman Setiawangsa. That place was nice and comforting for me. I have been there for the past three years... It felt sooo good.

As a woman and being a wife and a mother I still need to get myself pampered. The treatment there was so nice...as nice as a spa but it was so much cheaper than a spa. So I Think I don't have to hassle myself to book a spa and pay more right?.. Hehehe...being economical in the inflation world...

Election Day

8th of March was the day that I'll never forget.....That would be the first time I did my job as the citizen of Malaysia and being a Malaysian I went out for the Polling. It felt like taking the SPM all over again...bring along your identification card only....pencil will be provided...and u and only u alone is allowed to enter the hall. Mmmm....that was how I can describe my first experienced on election day. After that....it was like hari raya during pilihanraya at my mom's place....everybody were around for lunch and stayed until 3 o'clock in the morning to know the results....and I guess everybody knew the results already...

Barisan Nasional did not get the 2/3 majority of the parliment chairs and they lost 5 states. That would be Selangor, Perak, Pulau Pinang, Kedah and Kelantan. Still in questions now is who is going to be the Menteri Besar for Terenggannu as Sultan Mizan who is also our Agong does not recognized him as a menteri besar....It was abig impact on the constitution in Malaysia after the 12th general Election....This thing never happen before during Mahathir era.....I wonder what did Abdullah Badawi had done... till some Malaysian had lost trust on his government....

Me n my family

Alhamdulillah....that is all I can say when Allah gives me a great opportunnity to be with my dear family members. So we had a dinner last night at our favourite tomyam restaurant. It was raining heavily while we had our dinner with the ikan siakap tiga rasa, kailan ikan masin and the main course, tomyam seafood..so nice...to think back....there was not even a day we had our dinner out in Muscat while it rains....so I can say it's a bless for me to have my dinner in my hometown....

Making promise and holding on to it

I am sure everyone had made more than one promise in life. It's either to the parents, loved ones or friends. Making promises is an easy part but holding onto it is a hard one. I have encounter with a lot of people who makes sweet promises but in the end they tend to forget every single thing they said. Somehow or rather being a friend, you just smile and let it go even though it was a tough thing to swallowed with. What can we do? Definitely I dont want stoop to their lower level like a scum in the pond...

Anyway, to whom ever read this column and get to know me, you know who you are. Thank you for being a friend and I appreciate it but what I don't understand is that how you could listen to someone for you just knew a few months and trusted while you knew me longer....What happen to all the promises that you have made before....?!!

One thing that I want to make sure from now on is that whenever I make friends, I'll ensure that the friend is for life and not for keeping oneself company till you find someone that is suitable for you as your friend.

Who do you vote?

Now in Malaysia is on election fever.General election will be held on the 8th of March. There has been banners and posters war every where in streets of Kuala Lumpur. Each and every party is promising something that I might say quite impossible. The opposition party is trying to reduced the fuel price if they win. While the current party on throne...as usual..promising the better Malaysia for all. Hmm..if everything went so well for Malaysia..why is it some people are not pleased with what they are doing and why is that every thing for daily consumption has been doubled in price. Who should we vote?...That is up to our conscience to judge..plus from what I heard...how hard you helped the opposition party, the current party that is ruling will still win...emmmm think of it...do we still need an election when we already know whose winning. Well, it is just a formality for pakcik and makcik at kampung area... but I guess everybody with a logical thinking would also think the same way I did...

Here in KL

Wow..I couldn't squeeze my time to update my posts. Furthermore my kids and me were under the weather as Aleesha got her chicken pox and Rasyad got measles and as for me, I'm still down with the cold plus I got an asthma attack yesterday....I guess the weather is like changing all the time from raining to scorching hot and raining again. First day in KL, my mission was to get my munchkins from Dunkin Donuts which far from being the same in Dubai.

Then we had nasi dagang for breakfast. It was delicious. I just can't imagine how I have forgotten about it while I was in Muscat. As for dinner, me and my sister went to the best Char Kuew Tiaw at a stall in Taman Pertama. The cook is Brother Fendi...terangkat.....it was nice plus we had it with nescafe ice ummpphhh....what more I would ask for....at my mom's place with my sister around...sooo happening...

The next day, since my sister slept over my mom's house, I asked her to buy breakfast at Kampung Baru. she bought kuih bakar from Pak Samad....everybody knew his kuih bakar is the best....plus kuih lapis and lontong......I just love having braekfast in KL.
