Lunch Away...

Yesterday, we had our lunch at Kak Leha's house. She made laksa sarawak....I was still down with the fever..only it was getting worse..I thought of not going...but to think back..sian Kak Leha...so gi lah jugak...everybody was there. Well, the usual crowd..who else do you might expect...the world might be closed to doomsday if there was some other families that are usually not invited..you know who...

What to expect was the dessert...Kak Lyn made a sago pudding jelly in rose shape..hehehe..oja bleh gelak ajelah Kak Lyn yek...i've bought the ever easy one...cherry muffin and tuan rumah made a jelly herself....went back home at about 4.00p.m. but the day did not end there...everybody came over my joint for a game of ping pong...it was nice...not too hot..still cloudy....only dusty...I guessed the gents enjoyed the game as the mothers enjoyed hanging around...at the bean bag.

What a weeekend...

Last Thursday we went to Markaz Bahja ....nothing there,except for the Toys'r'us..we did some shopping for toys for the kids.Actually it was a treat by the father since he had not buy anything for Nafiis birthday yet...so abang kakak tumpang sekaki..anyway..he was glad to see the improvementRasyad had on his latest school report....Later that night we sent Razak and family back to KL..these kids were so bored...since Kak Lyn and the family did not joined the menghantar session...It was just my family and the bachelors...By now, the weather had gone bad..visibilty I could say it has been bad..dust all over...I've already had my flu cough...sorethroat and fever..you name I've got it...no pictures taken...takkan lah nak asyik bergambor aje....kang kata nunjuk plak..hehehe

A Special Day

Today is 15th June..It is not only Father's Day but it is also my son's birthday. Today he turned one....Muhammad Nafiis Razin...I still remembered bringing home from the hospital and today he is one..cewah..mcm kan besar sgt...All my kids are jewels of my life how big or how small they are...They are, "my precious..."



As for my darling hubby...Happy Father's Day...and I still and always love you..how ever your shaped has changed....hehehe..You're still the Brad Pitt of my heart....To my dad back in Malaysia...It goes the same to you..I love You....and I really appreciate your sacrifices...thank you very much....lastly to all the fathers out there...Happy Father's Day!!!

A quick recap on my side....

Hello everyone..sapa yg dah balik Mesia tu..ingatlah kami kat kat Muscat nie yg masih berpanas...hehehe...Well, here were the quick recap of activities last week. Couldn't get to update any before since too tired with the kids...We had our last makan2 before Haji went back on Wednesday..we had our dinner at Bin Ateeq and from there we continued with ice cream eating session at Mc'D...Since it was a hot night I guessed better off we had something cool and more time for me and Kak Lyn to chit chat...hehehe...

So we sent Haji and Sayed back to M'sia on Wednesday night....biasalah mcm pegi nak buat kerja haji..sorang nak naik kapal terbang...semua antar....actually there's nothing much to do here in Muscat...so these are the things that occupied our time....nampak sgt boring nye kan?....

What else...ok...me an Kak Lyn went for coffee morning at MSQ. First, we thought of having it at Dunkin Donuts...since there don't have any sandwiches..only sweet donuts, so we changed our venues to Illy Coffee House...quite nice...they do have good and chuncky sandwiches...this was my first time having my breakfast there.

Last but never the least, went to Kak Lyn's house on Friday for makan2 session..she made Laksa Johor..wuih..sedap btol!!..As for desserts she made sago pudding ang tapioca pudding as I brought over blueberry muffin and sausage puff pastry...but it did not end there..later, they came over to my place for a game of ping pong...since my darling hubby could not join during the afternoon session...as he was on duty....I served them the simplest dinner ever....Chili Fried Rice with omellette....isn't that easy or what?....Unluckily..there was no pictures to put up..since we were to engrossed with foods..ahaks...

Snorkeling moments

As a routine....every Firday was our snorkeling day..but this time around it was not that happening as Syed left early and Nazri was still sick..the sea was not choppy and quite clear but as went further, we couldn't see anything.. It was a nice weather also not that hot and breezy..just nice for us who kept on complaining on the heat.

At night we brought the kids to MCC as the father would not have the time next as he will be working during the weekends..so, we gave them rides at the theme place there..

Tahlil at my place

Last Thursday,at my place we succesfully made a tahlil for my grand father that passed away a week before. Plus, we did solat hajat for the house protection...u guys should know what I mean..

So, everything went well. The foods as always super delicious( masuk lif tekan sendiri...). I cooked masak lemak cili api ayam, mixed vege and fish with soy sauce...ulam pucuk ubi and sambal belacan as Kak Lyn brought over her ever famous mango salad. As for the dessert, she made triffle and sago with coconut milkas I made a strawberry cheesecake...the rest had brought the chocolate cakes, donuts and what else I hardly remember..there were a lot I must say....

Lovely night..as everybody could turn up except for Razak and family..as some miscommunication occurred...never mind....Insya Allah there will be other time and I really pray that my house and my family will be blessed. Lastly.. there was a mengurut session done by our tok imam as Nazri was still down with flue and fever.

Quick recap..

I've been such a lazy bump in updating my blog these days..emm..I wonder why...at first...I misplaced my camera but then ..when things were all in pending..I tend to get more lazy to start it all over again...so,here we go...

On the beginning of the month....that would be the first, we went for our dear Laila's CraftArts Exhibition that was held at the Oman Fine Art Centre in Shaati. Here, she had to present her art work for her GCSE exam..All the students whose taking art as one of their subject, should have done these. It's a compulsory...This kids have so much talent in them..I couldn't have such an idea of what they are doing if I did not asked them what's the motive behind their drawings..

As the end of the night and it was also my dear Nadia's birthday..we went to TFC for dinner....sorry yer lambat tulis kat dlm blog nie...Happy Birthday..and on the 2nd was Kak Lyn's birthday....tapi dinner Kak Lyn yg belanja..hehehe....
